Parish Council Meeting Dates
The next meeting will be held in Farndon Village Hall at 6pm on 14 May 2024.
Future meetings are planned for 9 July, 10 September and 12 November.
Members of the public are welcome to attend. See below if there’s something you want us to discuss.
How to add items to our agenda
At Parish Council meetings, we can only discuss and decide on items on the agenda. There is limited time available for members of the public to speak and it’s quite possible we won’t have time for everyone who wants to speak.
If there’s something you want us to discuss, it’s best if you ask for that item to be added to the agenda and supply us with your written contribution to the debate ahead of time (ideally more than 14 days before the meeting). Follow
the steps below…
STEP 1: PROPOSE AGENDA ITEM
Email us at agenda@eaststokewiththorpe-pc.gov.uk with your proposed agenda item and a brief description of the issue.
STEP 2: WAIT FOR A REPLY
One of us will get back to you to discuss your proposed topic and get a better idea what you want us to discuss.
STEP 3: SUBMIT WRITTEN MATERIAL
For complicated issues we might ask you to prepare a written brief for councillors to study prior to the meeting or discuss at the meeting.
STEP 4: ATTEND THE MEETING
You don’t have to come, but if you do we might ask you follow-up questions when we get to your item on the agenda.
